Our Specialties!

Sign up for the Basic Course if you haven't had much experience or if you've never ridden at all.  We also get a lot of  requests for the basic course from riders who rode ten or twenty years ago and want to re-enter the sport with an advantage.  It's a terrific way to remember how to ride   If you're under 25 years old, you must first have a valid class C learner's permit or an unrestricted class C license.  To obtain your M endorsment in Texas you must complete the Basic Course first due to the new law.The state no longer offers the on-cycle evaluation when applying for a Texas motorcycle driver's license. Most insurance companies offer discounted rates upon completion.

In the basic course, we teach you how to operate a motorcycle, the best protective clothing to wear, how to avoid dangerous situations, and how to get out of those dangerous situations you can't avoid.

You learn how to make your motorcycle perform like an extension of yourself.  The best part is you don't even need a helmet or motorcycle.  We provide them for you.

Price is according to location. Check that page for price infomation.  Payment to be made in advance and is non-refundable if you cancel your appearance without 72 hours prior notice.  Under certain circumstances payment options may vary, call to see if you qualify.

When you come to class be sure to wear the proper gear for riding.  We require you to wear a long sleeved shirt or jacket, long pants, sturdy shoes that cover your ankle bone (boots or high-top athletic shoes), eye protection (eyeglasses, sunglasses, or goggles), and full-fingered gloves.

The Advanced Course (BRC2) is for experienced riders only.  You work with other riders like yourself.  Since advanced students use their own motorcycles, you'll see all types of bikes, from cruisers to sport bikes to touring machines.  Most insurance companies offer discounted rates upon completion.

No matter how long you've been riding, the advanced course is tough enough to challenge your skills.  You learn about high-speed maneuvering, quick swerving and avoidance techniques, countersteering, traction control, and emergency braking for curves and slippery surfaces.  Skills you can use whether you're touring cross-country or just riding down to the corner store.

The Advanced Course costs $95.00.  Payment to be made in advance and is non-refundable if you cancel your appearance without two days prior notice.  Under certain circumstances payment options may vary, call to see if you qualify.

When you come to the advanced course be sure to bring the proper gear for riding.  We require you to wear a DOT approved helmet(3/4 or full face), a long sleeved shirt or jacket, long pants, sturdy shoes that cover your ankle bone (boots or high-top athletic shoes), eye protection (eyeglasses, sunglasses, or goggles), and full-fingered gloves.  Of course you'll have to provide your own motorcycle.  It's a good idea to check it over thoroughly a day or two before the course so you won't have to worry about the bike during the range exercises.  And don't forget to bring your driver's license (with motorcycle endorsement) and proof of insurance with you to class.
